SAP SD In-house Consultant (Medical Device Industry)
Switzerland (Hybrid – Bern area). Regulated Medical Device Environment. Permanent, in-house role.

This role offers the opportunity to develop your expertise in a high-quality in-house SAP environment, working on a complex and well-integrated system landscape. You will contribute to both the technical stability and functional evolution of SAP solutions within a regulated medical device context.
As a key SAP SD in-house consultant and application expert, you will work closely with business and IT stakeholders and gradually take on increased responsibility across projects, enhancements and operations.
Your responsibilities- Act as a key SAP SD in-house consultant and application expert.
- Support SAP SD across projects, enhancements, change requests and 3rd-level support.
- Work with interfaces and data flows between SAP, CRM, planning tools (incl. Anaplan) and third-party systems.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of integration and system solutions.
- Help ensure system stability, data consistency and reliability.
- Support application-specific release management (configuration, testing, documentation).
- Collaborate closely with business teams, internal IT colleagues and external service providers.
This role suits an SAP professional who enjoys hands‑on system work, learning, and long‑term development in an in‑house environment.
- 1–7 years of experience in an SAP environment.
- Experience or exposure to SAP SD / Order-to-Cash processes is an advantage.
- Experience with adjacent SAP modules (e.g. MM, LE, FI/CO) is also welcome.
- Interest in interfaces, integrations and application landscapes.
- A structured, solution‑oriented and proactive mindset.
- Motivation to grow within a long‑term in‑house SAP role.
- Fluent in English and a good command of German (to at least B2 level) are mandatory requirements.
Experience in regulated industries (Medical Devices, Pharma, Manufacturing) is beneficial but not mandatory.
