We are looking for a German-speaking Digital Marketing Ads Specialist who can navigate the complexities of the German market. You will onboard and engage high-potential companies the unicorns of tomorrow while building strong client relationships driving product adoption reducing churn and identifying opportunities for growth.

• Serve as a trusted advisor onboarding new clients and creating high-performing PPC campaigns.

• Conduct outbound calls to promote and sell services to businesses in Germany.

• Understand customer objectives and offer tailored digital marketing solutions.

• Design strategic campaigns for immediate impact and long-term performance.

• Drive campaign growth through upselling and increasing spend.

• Maintain an accurate up-to-date client database.

• Handle a high volume of client interactions daily.

• Education: BA/BS degree (MA/MSc in Marketing or Communications preferred).

• Languages: Native or C2-level German fluent English.

• Experience: 2 years in sales and/or marketing with strong client-facing experience.

• Proven ability to work independently and deliver impactful results.

• Experience managing customer relationships and optimizing CRM systems.

• Familiarity with AI tools to enhance workflows and personalize outreach.

• Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.

• Goal-oriented proactive and collaborative mindset.

• Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze market trends.

• Deep understanding of German business practices and cultural nuances.

• Experience identifying and engaging high-growth companies.
