• Design sustainable SAP EAM solutions based on business needs
• Support implementation throughout the build phase in a Biz Dev Ops  team (onshore/offshore)
• Create key documentation in SAP Focused Build (e.g., collaboration diagrams, functional/config specs)
• Configure & customize EAM in S/4
  
  HANA environments
• Ensure seamless integration with FI, SCM, HR, and PS
• Lead solution testing, conduct reviews with customers, and drive automated end-to-end testing
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams following agile methodologies

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP PM / EAM
• Profound knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance processes
• Strong background in Reliability Centric Maintenance (RCM) and Work Clearance Management (WCM)
• Experience with SAP Fiori applications and MRO/SCM integration
• Deep S/4
  
  HANA configuration experience
• Solid integration skills across FI, SCM, HR, and PS
• Fluency in English (C1+) and German (C1+)
