IT Program Manager / Business Analyst

We're hiring an experienced ERP Program Manager or Business Analyst to take ownership of full-cycle Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) projects and change requests from initial planning through go-live and post-launch support. This is a hands-on role working across multiple business functions to align system capabilities with operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end ERP initiatives and system enhancements using Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O
• Collaborate with teams across departments: finance, warehousing, logistics, HR to gather, assess, and document business requirements
• Translate operational needs into clear functional specifications based on D365 F&O functionalities
• Coordinate internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver solutions on time and within budget
• Oversee all phases of testing (UAT, integration, regression) and manage issue resolution
• Support user onboarding and system adoption through training, process documentation, and change management
• Monitor ERP system performance and drive continuous improvement efforts
• Maintain a strong service-oriented approach and effective communication across teams

Your Profile:

• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build strong relationships across business units
• Self-motivated and flexible, with the willingness to travel occasionally across Europe (approx. 20%)
• Comfortable participating in on-site meetings and supporting teams in different locations (e.g., Germany, Czech Republic, Switzerland)

Your background:

• Minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar ERP Program Manager or Business Analyst role
• Proven expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or similar ERP and strong familiarity with Microsoft tools
• Solid background in managing cross-functional business and IT projects

Languages:

• Strong communication skills in both English and French
• German is a plus
