Die Rolle umfasst das gesamte Employee Life Cycle Management. Bewerber:innen sollten über mehrjährige Erfahrung als HR Business Partner:in, Kenntnisse im Schweizer Arbeitsrecht und in Payroll-Prozessen sowie eine abgeschlossene HR-Weiterbildung verfügen. Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sind erforderlich, Englisch oder Französisch von Vorteil.
