Aufgaben gehören die Entwicklung von HR-Dienstleistungen, das Controlling der Personalkosten und die Unterstützung von Führungskräften in Personalfragen. Voraussetzung sind umfassende Kenntnisse im HR-Controlling, Erfahrung in der Personalkostenbudgetierung und eine relevante Ausbildung auf Hochschulniveau. Gute IT-Kenntnisse in Excel und SAP sind ebenfalls erforderlich. Die Stellenangebote sind vollständig in Deutsch und eine zweite Amtssprache ist bevorzugt.
