A leading construction company in Bern is seeking an HR Assistant & Operations Coordinator to provide operational HR support for its Swiss team. The ideal candidate will have a Swiss HR certificate and confirmed HR experience, fluent in German and English. Responsibilities include supporting recruitment processes, coordinating with the HR Manager, and providing HR administrative support. Occasional travel within Switzerland may be required.

The position allows for teleworking options as well.
