- Eine motivierte und empathische Persönlichkeit zeichnen Sie aus
- Sie sind flexibel und belastbar
- Gewährleistung einer fachkompetenten und patientenorientierten Pflege der Patientinnen und Patienten auf der privaten Abteilung
- Mitverantwortung für die Entwicklung und Förderung der Pflegequalität auf der Abteilung
- Begleiten der Lernenden und Studierenden gemäss Ausbildungskonzept
- Sie arbeiten in allen Schichten
