Digital Government & eGovernment Experts – EU Advisory Projects NTU International A/S – European Union (Remote)

Location: European Union (Remote)

NTU International is an international consulting company providing advisory and programme management services for governments and international organisations. We work extensively with EU institutions and development partners on policy, digital transformation, and public sector reform initiatives.

NTU is currently leading a consortium under a Multiple Framework Contract with the European Commission focused on high-level advisory services related to digital government, ICT strategy, digital policy, and public sector transformation
. To support future assignments under this framework, we are expanding our pool of Digital Government and Gov Tech experts across the European Union.

Assignments under the framework may include activities such as:

• Digital government and digital transformation strategies
• Development of digital public services and Gov Tech solutions
• Interoperability and digital architecture advisory
• Policy and regulatory analysis related to EU digital initiatives
• Stakeholder engagement and institutional capacity building

We are particularly interested in experts with:

• 8+ years of experience in digital government, ICT advisory, or public sector digital transformation
• Experience working with EU institutions, international organisations, or national public administrations
• Expertise in areas such as digital public services, interoperability, Gov Tech, or digital strategy
• Strong analytical and advisory skills, including preparation of reports, strategies, or policy studies
• Advanced degree in public policy, ICT, digital governance, economics, or related fields
• Fluency in English is required. Additional EU languages are an asset.
