• You ensure trading compliance is maintained in a structured way across trading, legal and regulatory interfaces
• Acting as a central point of contact, regulatory topics are examined and assessed with consistency
• The Swiss and EU regulatory landscape is methodically analysed and its implications for trading activities are carefully evaluated
• In developing compliance strategy, risks are identified, measures defined and effective implementation is ensured
• Trading compliance measures are embedded into business processes with a focus on sustainable operational handover
• Reporting, analysis and training provide dependable foundations for informed management decisions

• A university degree in Law or Economics forms your professional foundation
• Several years of experience within trading compliance, surveillance or regulatory compliance are part of your background
• Regulatory frameworks across Switzerland and the EU can be confidently analysed and assessed
• Experience in compliance reporting, risk evaluation and counter party checks supports a precise approach
• English is used confidently in an international setting, with additional EU languages considered an advantage
• A structured and reliable way of working supports independent planning and delivery of complex topics
