Junior O2C Specialist (German & English)
Location: Porto, Portugal
Employment type: Full-time
Start Date: 22 January 2026
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00;
Weekends off
Salary & Bonuses:
- 1,300€ gross/month (14 payments)
- Welcome Bonus: 3,000€ (German speakers)
Benefits:
- Meal allowance: 7.63€ per working day
- Health insurance: from day 1 (employee contribution required), free after 6 months
- Relocation support (if moving from abroad):
Room in shared apartment up to 12 months; 280€/month, utilities included (deducted from payslip)
Role Overview:
Support Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) and Accounts Receivable processes in an international finance environment, ensuring accurate transactions and excellent customer support.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or similar
- 6+ months experience in O2C / AR / Finance Ops (2–5 years a plus)
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables preferred)
- ERP knowledge (SAP / Oracle / Net Suite is a plus)
- Fluent German & Advanced English (C1)
- Detail-oriented, analytical, customer-focused
