Responsibilities- Review financial procedures and documents, verify their correctness, and enter them into the financial system according to policies and standards.
- Collect data for capital expenditure control, follow up on petty cash, and audit disbursement procedures.
- Follow up on financial settlements and tax procedures with overseas missions.
- Monitor and audit payroll procedures for local employees at diplomatic missions.
- Inventory third-party claims, coordinate payments, and inform the department of remittances.
- Gather data on claims, expenses, income, and accounts receivable within the geographical scope.
- Coordinate with authorities regarding bank accounts and transfers, and assist in inventory checks.
- Audit payroll procedures for local staff at relevant missions.
- Collaborate with the Consular Services Department to develop revenue programs.
- Archive all financial data, documents, correspondence, and reports.
- Prepare correspondence, responses, circulars, and meeting minutes, and communicate decisions.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.
- Review and verify financial documents, enter data into the system.
- Control capital expenditures, follow up on petty cash, audit disbursements.
- Follow up on financial settlements and tax collection with overseas missions.
- Monitor and audit payroll procedures for local employees.
- Manage claims, reimbursements, and coordinate payments.
- Collect data on expenses and income within the geographical area.
- Coordinate bank account information and conduct inventory checks.
- Audit payroll procedures.
- Work with the Revenue Development Program.
- Archive financial documents.
- Prepare official correspondence and reports.
- Assist with additional work as needed.
- Support other units within the Ministry.
- Participate in programs and initiatives for organizational improvement.
- Ensure business continuity and resource sustainability.
- Contribute ideas for work environment improvement.
- Share knowledge and contribute to organizational learning.
Academic qualifications: High school, Diploma, Bachelor's, or Master's (not applicable for experience)
Experience: Not applicable or 5+ years in finance, accounting, or similar profession
