To strengthen our M2U Production Engineering team, we are looking for a
Production Engineer Aseptic ProcessesYou will support our aseptic production by coordinating maintenance, solving technical issues, improving equipment and acting as the technical partner for our Value Streams.
Main Responsibilities- Act as the technical link between the Value Streams and M2U
- Plan and coordinate maintenance shutdowns
- Support daily operations through troubleshooting
- Improve and adjust equipment while ensuring GMP compliance
- Coordinate suppliers and internal partners during breakdowns
- Work on deviations, SQUIPP and CAPA actions
- Lead small investment projects in plant engineering
- Support project management on maintenance topics
- Cover for other plant engineers and join the on‑call service
- Act as technical SME and support operational readiness
- Contribute to plant and process safety
- Technical engineering degree or similar technical training
- Experience in maintenance, production engineering or technical projects in a GMP environment
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and plant maintenance
- Confident in troubleshooting complex equipment
- Able to lead situationally and work well across functions
- Structured, reliable and hands‑on
- Fluent in German and English
