Der Gruppenleiter/agiert flexibel und verantwortungsbewusst, während er Bildungs- und Lerngeschichten für die Kinder erstellt. Die Position umfasst 70-80% Arbeitseinsatz mit außergewöhnlichem Betreuungsschlüssel und Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten.
