Verantwortlich für die strategische Weiterentwicklung von Laufbahnthemen, Coaching, Workshops und die Pflege von Beziehungen zu IZA-Akteuren. Erforderlich sind vertiefte Kenntnisse der Laufbahnthematik, Erfahrung in der Beratung, sowie sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch, Französisch und Deutsch. Flexibles Arbeitsumfeld in Bern.
