Ein internationales Industrieunternehmen in Bern sucht eine erfahrene Führungspersönlichkeit im Customer Service. In der Rolle des Managers im Back Office Customer Service Center führen Sie ein Team, steuern Prozesse und stellen operative Exzellenz sicher. Gefordert sind mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Customer Service, Führungskompetenz sowie wünschenswerte Kenntnisse in ERP-Systemen wie SAP und Salesforce. Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind notwendig, Französisch ist von Vorteil.
