Customer Support Representative - German & English
Are you a German-speaking professional ready to support corporate travel clients with outstanding service? We’re looking for a dedicated Customer Support Representative (German + English) to join our international team On-Site in Bulgaria. What You’ll Do- Provide top-tier support to German-speaking customers via phone, chat, or email.
- Assist with bookings, itinerary changes, and general service inquiries.
- Ensure every customer interaction upholds quality and service standards.
- German and English language skills.
- Customer-first mindset and excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility to work Day Shifts on a rotational schedule.
- Salary: 2000 EUR Gross per month.
- Welcome Bonus: A special 500 EUR Welcome Bonus upon joining.
