Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Kund : innen, Gäste und Mitarbeitenden. Mit deinem freundlichen Auftreten sorgst du dafür, dass sich alle willkommen und bestens betreut fühlen.
Das kannst du bei uns bewegen.
- Du bist der Single Point of Contact für alle Kundenanliegen
- Informations- und Anlaufstelle für Nutzer (Betrieb, Gebäude, Auditorium)
- Zutrittsmanagement inkl. Badges und Schlüssel
- Verwaltung und Koordination des Ticketing-Systems (Help Desk)
- Organisation von Reservationen für das Konferenzzentrum
- Betreuung des ICT-Kiosks (Ausgabe von IT-Leihmaterial)
- Empfang von Gästen und Anmeldung bei internen
