Aufgaben gehören die Beratung von Mitgliedern und die Verantwortung für die Telefonzentrale und den Empfang. Ideale Kandidaten zeichnen sich durch Erfahrung im Kundendienst aus und beherrschen Microsoft Programme. Eine positive Einstellung zum Menschen und Freude an Teamarbeit sind ebenfalls wichtig.
