Die Rolle erfordert mehrjährige Praxis, insbesondere im Umgang mit Kundenanliegen und Reklamationen. Zudem sind Kenntnisse in MS Office, ERP-Systemen und sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Französisch erforderlich.
