• Act as the first point of contact for passengers, helping them with flight bookings, changes, and cancellations.
• Handle general travel and airline‑related enquiries.
• Provide excellent customer service in German and English.
• Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

• Monday to Friday.
• Between 09:00 – 18:30.
• 8‑hour shifts.
• On‑site role in Malta.

• German C2 (mandatory).
• English C1 (mandatory).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable using computer systems.
• Previous customer service experience (not required).
• Open to working and living in Malta.

• Month 1: €5.60/hour
• Month 2: €8.10/hour
• After probation: €8.50/hour
• After 12 months: €8.75/hour (performance‑based)
• After 18 months: €9.20/hour (performance‑based)

• Performance Bonus: up to €2,000/year (paid quarterly, after probation)
• Language Allowance: €250/month (after training)
• Relocation Package: €2,000 (paid after 1 month of employment)
