Ein Unternehmen in der Energieversorgungsbranche in der Region Bern sucht einen erfahrenen Service Manager für den Service Desk. In dieser Rolle stellen Sie den zuverlässigen und kundenorientierten Betrieb der IT-Services sicher. Sie beheben Anfragen und Probleme selbstständig und verwalten die Provider. Ein hohes Maß an Kunden- und Serviceorientierung sowie Erfahrung im 2nd/3rd Level Support sind erforderlich. Fließendes Deutsch und Kenntnisse im ITSM-System und M365 sind erforderlich.
