Senior Product Manager, Legal Protection Insurance

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Product Manager to take full ownership of a Legal Protection Insurance portfolio within a well-established national organisation.

This is a key role where you will shape the future of the product offering, drive innovation, and lead both strategic direction and operational execution. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to create strong customer value and ensure long‑term portfolio success.

• Define and manage the overall product strategy
• Develop and enhance the value proposition and product innovation roadmap
• Optimise the customer journey in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
• Coordinate and manage external product partners
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and marketing teams to ensure commercial success
• Monitor and manage the financial performance of the product portfolio
• Lead and contribute to projects related to product development
• Identify market trends and translate opportunities into concrete actions

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Insurance, Product Management, or equivalent
• Strong experience in Product Management or a comparable role
• Solid understanding of B2C product development, ideally within insurance
• Strategic thinking combined with structured, analytical execution
• Proven ability to drive customer‑focused product initiatives independently
• Strong communication skills in German and French (or vice versa), English is a plus
• Comfortable working in cross‑functional environments
• Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
