Aufgaben gehören die Betreuung von Weiterbildung, die Dokumentation, sowie die Teilnahme an Schulungen und Qualitätsseminaren. Die Anstellung erfolgt befristet für bis zu 4 Jahre im Rahmen laufender HSW-Studien.
