Position Details:

• Night Shift PCU RN
• 12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 36 hours per week
• Candidates must reside at least 50 miles from the facility; no local applicants will be considered

Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for progressive care patients during nighttime hours
• Monitor patient recovery and respond to changing medical needs promptly
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in accordance with institutional policies
• Provide patient and family education in a sensitive and informative manner

Qualifications &

Experience:

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Proven experience in Stepdown or Progressive Care Unit nursing
• Strong critical thinking and clinical judgment skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team during night shifts
• Excellent communication and patient advocacy skills
