Position: Lecturer/Wissenschaftliche/r Mitarbeiter/in & Social Media Manager (m/w/d) – Vollzeit
(Research Associate & Social Media Manager (m/f/d) – Full Time)

Language Requirements: Fluent German (C1/C2) & Fluent English (C1/C2)
Visa Sponsorship: Not available. Applicants must already possess valid working rights in the EU/Germany (Eine Arbeitserlaubnis für Deutschland wird vorausgesetzt).
Your Responsibilities
- Teaching & Academic Support: Conduct seminars and courses in Management subjects for bachelor's/master's students. Develop curriculum materials and supervise theses.
- Social Media Strategy: Plan, create, and manage content for SELART's official social media channels (Instagram, Linked In, Tik Tok, Facebook) to increase brand visibility and student engagement.
- Campus Promotion: Develop marketing campaigns targeting prospective students in Germany and internationally, highlighting SELART's unique blend of art and academics.
- Content Creation: Produce engaging multimedia content (text, images, short videos) that highlights campus life, creative projects, academic events, and student success stories.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and academic departments to align teaching goals with promotional activities.
- Education: Master's degree or PhD (Masters or PhD required) in Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
- Teaching Skills: Prior experience teaching or tutoring at the university level, specifically in management subjects.
- Language Proficiency:
- Native or near-native fluency in German (required for internal communication and teaching local students).
- Fluency in English (required for international programs and content).
- Social Media Expertise: Proven experience running professional social media accounts (portfolio or examples required). Knowledge of current trends, algorithms, and analytics tools.
- Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; creative mindset; ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
