Business & Operations Director

• We need someone who can develop our studio both inside and out.
  Someone who understands Business Development without the sales jargon.
  Someone who knows how to organize projects, build partnerships, and create structures – always in service of the idea, not the spreadsheet.
• You’ve probably worked in a small, agile innovation studio, where everyone wears more than one hat. You know how to keep processes lean while making ambitious projects happen.

• Deliver projects smoothly: from contracts to completion, you keep things on track
• Spot new opportunities: partners, brands, cultural projects that truly fit us
• Build relationships: you’ll grow and maintain our network over time
• Shape studio structures: budgets, workflows, resources – all designed to give ideas room
• Shape culture: not just inside the studio, but in everything we put into the world
• Experience in Business Operations or Business Development – ideally in a creative, small studio or agency environment
• More than 10 years of experience in digital Project-management

• Experience in public tenders and museal projects
• A hands-on approach, with the ability to keep the big picture in focus
