We’re looking for a motivated Founding Account Executive (m/f/d) to join and drive the sales and customer growth efforts at our Ecosystem Company.
As a Founding Account Executive you will act as a product evangelist in Germany and be responsible for managing the full sales funnel from prospecting to closing, helping legal professionals adopt an AI-powered tool that transforms how they work.

In this role, you’ll:- Become an expert on the product and act as a trusted advisor to customers
- Manage the entire sales funnel including prospecting demos and deal closing
- Work closely with prospects to understand their needs, pain points and goals
- Monitor the German market and identify new opportunities
- Provide product and market feedback to the product and leadership teams to inform development
- Prove early market traction before the sales team scales
- 1–3 years of experience in a sales role, managing the full funnel
- Strong user of sales tools such as Hub Spot and Sales Navigator
- A founder mentality - comfortable with ambiguity and ready to get things done yourself
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- Self-driven and eager to work in a fast-growing startup environment
- Bonus: familiarity with the legal industry or a law degree
