OverviewWe’re looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our expanding Eastern Europe Sales team with a primary focus on the Polish market and help us revolutionize the industry. In this role, you'll collaborate with potential customers to learn about their needs and objectives, and determine how NiCE Cognigy can assist them.
Responsibilities- Acquire new enterprise companies from all industries across Eastern Europe, with a primary focus on Poland
- Build and maintain an effective pipeline through self-directed prospecting and collaboration with internal Business Development Representative resources
- Develop, maintain and review territory plans to meet business goals
- Run full sales cycles from account planning and prospecting through discovery/qualification, contract negotiation and close
- Take a consultative, value-centric approach with senior executives to map value, develop business cases, build ROI models and drive Digital Transformation conversations
- Coordinate responses to RFPs/RFIs
- Collaborate with teams including BDRs, Presales, Marketing, Product, Finance and Leadership
- Represent NiCE at trade fairs or events
- Prepare, present and conduct demos, presentations and customer meetings
- Use CRM effectively to track sales cycles and engagement
- Experienced Enterprise Sales Executive with a proven track record of selling SaaS within the wider Contact Center or Conversational AI environment
- Hunter mentality with a passion for winning and joining a hyper-growth company
- Confident navigating sales cycles with management levels (SVP/C-Level)
- Strong organization and prioritization; comfortable working in a remote environment
- Excellent professional communication, customer-centric demeanor
- Ability to drive a sales cycle independently while leveraging internal resources
- Comfortable leveraging a partner channel to support the sales process
- Fluent in Polish and English;
German is a strong plus
