The Role

As an experienced Commercial Account Executive, you will take full ownership of the sales process - leading from the front and closing impactful deals within the mid-market segment (average deal size around €100k+). Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to identify, engage, and close new business opportunities across Germany.
  • Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers, becoming a trusted advisor.
  • Guide prospects through the full sales cycle using a consultative approach that focuses on long-term solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams-marketing, product, and customer success to refine the customer journey and deliver excellence.
  • Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets, contributing to their continued expansion and product adoption.

What Does Success Look Like? You establish yourself as a trusted advisor and successfully close high-value mid-market deals, playing a direct role in their rapid growth. You thrive in a collaborative, startup-minded team, and share insights / best practices.

Your Skillset – What You Bring To The Table.....

  • Full-cycle sales experience: Proven track record of managing the complete sales cycle in B2B SaaS companies.
  • Consultative sales approach: Ability to understand complex customer needs and position solutions.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in German and English, with the ability to build strong rapport.
  • Sales mentality: You are proactive, and motivated by achieving ambitious goals.
  • Customer-centric mindset: You act as a trusted advisor and problem solver.
  • Technical affinity: Comfortable working with tools like Hub Spot, Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion.
