Role:

We are looking for a talented Game Designer to join our gameplay team focused on making the new player experience smoother, more engaging, and more fun. We are working on creating
the best start for new players in the world of mobile 4X strategy games.

What does the best start mean to us? It’s not just about onboarding - it's also about fun mechanics and events throughout the first 30 days of a player’s journey. For us, the best start is powered by a culture of constant experimentation, with hundreds of hypotheses waiting to be tested.

• Research other games on the market and, if needed, analyze their features through deconstruction.
• Develop concepts and write documentation for game features.
• Closely collaborate with the team on feature iterations.
• Configure game features in the database.
• Conduct internal and external play tests and analyze the results.
• Balance the game economy using spreadsheets and contribute to game monetization.
• Create new hypotheses based on experiment results and player data.

• Experience as a Game Designer working with a stable, cross-functional team on a live game.
• Extensive gaming experience in F2P games, preferably mobile 4X strategy games.
• Strong sense of ownership, able to drive features from concept through launch and retrospective.
• Highly independent and proactive, capable of making decisions and pushing tasks forward with minimal supervision.
• Eager to thrive in a mission-driven team with a rare on-site culture — designed for real-time collaboration and close human connection — all within our Limassol, Cyprus office.
