We're looking for a Machine Learning Intern to build AI-powered tools that transform how HR works 'll work independently on high-impact projects, move fast, and see your code in production —used by thousands of employees across the company.

• Design, develop, and ship AI-powered software solving real HR problems with measurable impact
• Own your projects end-to-end: from understanding the problem from HR stakeholders, to writing the code, to deploying and maintaining the solution
• Extend existing systems with modern LLM capabilities to solve complex business problems
• Work with HR partners, data engineers, and recruiting teams to understand problems and build solutions
• Apply software engineering best practices including version control, CI/CD, and containerization

• You've built and deployed something that other people actually used — in any stack. A live side project, a tool for your student org, freelance work, an open source contribution. Show us.
• Strong programming fundamentals and the ability to pick up new technologies quickly
• Genuine curiosity about AI — you experiment with new models and tools as they come out and can separate what's working from what's hype
• Good instincts for what's worth building. You think about impact, not just implementation.
• Self-starter with a strong bias for action — you take initiative and drive projects forward independently.
• Excellent English. German is a plus.
• Experience with web development stacks
• Experience with Node.js, Type Script, and React is a big plus
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and Postgre
  
  SQL is a plus
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field is a plus
