Salesforce Developer

Design, develop, and maintain custom applications on the Salesforce platform, including (but not limited to) Apex, Visualforce Pages, Triggers, Flows, Approval Processes, and assignment/escalation rules.

Collaborate cross-functionally with product engineering, UX, and interface development teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Create comprehensive technical design documentation outlining application architecture, code specifications, and decision rationale.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, proposing appropriate solutions or workarounds and implementing timely fixes.

Bring measurable value to the team through strong problem-solving skills, a proactive mindset, and a talent for process optimization and innovative solution design.

Have 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with deep knowledge of core Salesforce technologies.

Proficient in writing high-quality, reusable, and maintainable code using Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, Triggers
, and integrating  with third-party systems via SOAP and RESTful services
.

Strong understanding of Salesforce security models, sharing rules, and security best practices
.

Familiar with SFDX
, version control, and CI/CD pipelines (Git Hub Actions preferred).

Experienced in building custom Lightning Components using Lightning Web Components (LWC).

Hands-on experience with Service Cloud and Sales Cloud
, including Case Management, Lightning Framework, Live Agent, and Omnichannel.

Prior experience functioning as a Salesforce Architect is a strong plus.
