Success in the role means that you will have

• After 2 months:
  You have understood the Business Model and the iOS Application. You have a clear understanding of how we work and can independently navigate our technical architecture.
• After 6 months:
  You are a key member of the team and fully involved in the development of the iOS application. You will have made notable contributions to our codebase and internal processes.
• After 12-24 months:
  You are the trusted source when it comes to iOS. You actively guide the application development towards excellence. Junior team members rely on your knowledge frequently.

• You will work as part of an agile team people on developing the iOS application that is part of one of our products.
• You will own the development of this app end to end, with the option of growing the iOS team.

• An advanced quantitative degree - e.g Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related fields.
• At least three years of work experience as an iOS Engineer.
• A keen eye for performance - our app is actually very resource hungry, managing this is key.
• Experience with implementing machine learning models
• Good at implementing and maintaining complicated algorithms in production
• Proficient in releasing apps to the store.
• Resident in Germany. Due to the size of the company, we cannot currently accept applications from other EU/non-EU countries.
