As a Product Engineer, you’ll play a central role in designing and developing Libra’s core product. You’ll implement features end‑to‑end — from backend services to frontend interfaces — helping lawyers across Europe work smarter with AI.

You’ll join a lean, high‑performing engineering team where every line of code matters. This is a hands‑on role with high ownership: you’ll work directly on production systems, collaborate closely with our Product and Legal Engineering teams, and help shape how AI is integrated into legal workflows.

• Implement, maintain and own end‑to‑end product features across the stack — from backend logic to frontend UX.
• Build scalable APIs and services using Python (FastAPI, async).
• Contribute to frontend development in Svelte.
• Collaborate directly with Product and Legal Engineering to turn user feedback into new features.
• Work with the best AI coding tools.
• Help shape Libra’s engineering culture — balancing speed, simplicity, and long‑term scalability.

• You have an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong sense of urgency in delivering results.
• Solid experience as a Product or Full Stack Engineer, comfortable working across backend and frontend.
• Strong proficiency in Python (FastAPI, async) and Type Script; experience with Svelte is a plus.
• Passion for building great products (show us your side projects!).
• Familiarity with AI developer tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, etc.).
• Bonus: experience building LLM‑powered or AI‑integrated products.
• Excellent communication skills in English;
  German fluency is a plus.
• Based in Berlin and willing to work mostly on‑site.
• You’re a self‑starter who thrives in fast‑moving, collaborative environments.
