We're supporting a health tech company that’s reimagining how therapy practices runthink clean code, clear values, and critical impact. Theyre now looking for a Backend Developer to help evolve their backend systems, architecture, and delivery all from wherever you work best in Germany.

Design, build, and maintain backend services using Jakarta EE and Quarkus

Develop new product features and shape architectural decisions

Ensure secure, clean code and backend scalability

Work in a stable Scrum team alongside frontend, QA, and product colleagues

Be part of a pragmatic, performance-oriented dev culture

3+ years of Java backend development experience

Hands-on with Jakarta EE and Quarkus

Understanding of clean code and backend security standards

Agile (Scrum) mindset and collaborative working style

Fluent German (C1)

REST API and microservices experience

Exposure to CI/CD or Dev Ops practices

100% remote across Germany (or use their coworking hubs in Kiel/Karlsruhe)
