Role OverviewWe are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager based in the Berlin region, who takes ownership of end-to-end recruitment and acts as a strategic partner to hiring managers and senior leaders. You will shape how we attract, assess, and hire top talent across functions—especially for high-impact roles where experience matters.
This is not a transactional recruiter role. You will work at eye level with hiring managers and C-Suite stakeholders
, design and implement effective hiring processes, and contribute to broader talent strategy including compensation benchmarking and support on career leveling frameworks.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer/closing) with speed and quality across technical and commercial roles based in USA and Germany mainly
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and senior leaders; act as a trusted advisor on hiring strategy and talent market insights
- Develop and maintain salary benchmarking and competitive compensation guidance for the German and US market
- Support and refine career leveling frameworks and role definitions to improve consistency and transparency across teams
- Establish and track recruiting KPIs; optimize workflow, tools, and candidate experience
- Partner with People Operations to strengthen employer brand and candidate pipelines
- 4+ years recruiting experience, ideally including international B2B technology environments
- Confident and effective communicator with leaders at all levels (from hiring managers to executives) coming from different (remote) locations and cultural backgrounds
- Demonstrated ability to hire quickly without sacrificing quality or candidate experience
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to influence process improvements
- Comfortable setting salary benchmarks and guiding compensation discussions
- Fluent in English, German beneficial
