What You’ll Be Doing:

Finding the best SaaS sales talent across Germany & Europe using Linked In, referrals, and proactive outreach.

Engaging candidates—you’ll be the first impression of Pack GTM, so energy and enthusiasm are key.

Managing relationships—keeping candidates warm, prepping them for interviews, and making sure they land their dream roles.

Collaborating closely with our founder & senior recruiters to deliver fast, high-quality hires to our clients.

What We’re Looking For:

Outgoing, chatty, and comfortable building relationships quickly.

High energy, proactive, and hungry to succeed.

No experience needed—we’ll train you if you’ve got the right attitude.

Based in Berlin (hybrid working).

Someone who actually wants to be great at this - not just looking for ‘a job’.
