Graphic Designer

Support the Marketing Manager in developing marketing communication materials that meet internal briefs, timelines, and budget requirements

Create creative concepts and visual assets including graphics, simple animations, brand assets, key visuals, social media content, EDMs, and website design materials

Produce and adapt design assets for cross-functional teams (e.g., Driver Operations, People Team, and other departments) based on their communication needs

Perform basic image retouching and photo manipulation

Assist in managing creative production workflows with external agencies and production houses, including concept development, photo/video shoots, animation production, and advertising material installation

Ensure brand consistency across all creative deliverables

Contribute ideas and visual directions aligned with current design and marketing trends

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Multimedia, Graphic Design, Advertising, or related disciplines

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in creative, multimedia, or graphic design roles, preferably supporting brand and marketing communications projects

Experience working in a startup environment or with production houses is a plus

Proficiency in Mac environment and Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects

Motion graphics skills are a strong advantage

Experience collaborating with creative agencies, web agencies, and production houses is preferred

Strong visual design sense with excellent attention to detail and awareness of current design trends

Team player with a proactive, startup mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Good command of English (written and spoken)

Strong understanding of local German market insights and cultural context
