As a Associate Marketing Manager
, you will drive market growth by building and optimizing high‑performing marketing funnels tailored to your local audience. You’ll take ownership of paid and organic channels, develop creative‑led campaigns, and use data to unlock scalable, sustainable growth for PERGOLUX — a premium outdoor‑living brand inspired by Scandinavian design. As we continue expanding across Europe, Australia, North America, and South America, you’ll play a key role in elevating our brand presence and accelerating revenue growth in a fast‑moving, international environment.

• Build and optimize the full marketing funnel, from awareness to conversion, tailored to your local market.

• Design effective media‑mix strategies with a strong focus on Meta, Google, and email marketing.

• Develop creative‑led campaign concepts to maximize performance, especially on Meta.

• Manage end‑to‑end campaign execution across paid and organic channels to ensure consistent and impactful delivery.

• Analyse key performance metrics (ROAS, CAC, revenue growth) and translate insights into continuous optimization.

• Proven experience managing performance marketing campaigns with strong, measurable results.

• Deep understanding of funnel dynamics and how to move users effectively from awareness to purchase.

• Solid knowledge of paid social and paid search, including creative strategy, keyword research, bidding, and ad copy optimization.

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable strategy.

• Fluency in German (C1+) and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
