Technical Asset Management Lead

As Head of Technical Asset Management, you will hold end-to-end responsibility for the technical operation of a modern wind portfolio, while building and leading a high-performing technical asset management function.

• Lead technical operations across a modern onshore wind portfolio
• Build and develop a high-performing technical asset management team
• Implement asset management processes, SCADA monitoring, and reporting tools
• Optimise availability, performance, and maintenance strategies
• Oversee O&M activities and ensure regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers
• Deliver technical reporting and support due diligence and asset integration

• Strong technical background in onshore wind operations; engineering degree preferred
• Experience with modern turbine technology, SCADA systems, and performance analytics
• Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset
• Fluent in German and English
• Comfortable operating in a fast-growing, performance-driven environment
