Backed by a fiercely inventive community and 500+ builder-approved integrations, we’re changing the way people bring systems together and scale ideas for impact.

Since our founding in 2019, we’ve grown into a diverse team of over 160, working across Europe and the US, connected by a shared builder spirit with our centre of gravity in Berlin.

  • Cultivated a community of more than 650,000 active developers and builders
  • Earned 145k+ Git Hub stars, making us one of the world’s Top 40 most popular projects
  • Ranked as one of Europe’s most promising privately held SaaS startups (4th in Sifted’s 2025 B2B SaaS Rising 100)
  • Raised $240m to date, from Sequoia’s first German seed to our recent $180m Series C, bringing us to a $2.5bn valuation
  • Grateful for our 94 eNPS score

That’s the company we’ve built. Now we’d love to see what you can build. If you’re applying, try n8n out - whether you’re technical or not - and share a screenshot of your first workflow with us. The easiest place to start is here: app.n8n.cloud/register.

Role

As a Product Manager on the Adoption & Retention team, your mission is to make sure users experience the “aha!” moment quickly — and keep coming back for more. You'll be responsible for crafting product experiences that turn curiosity into habit and activation into expansion. Nothing is off the table when it comes to making our users successful.

Key features the team has built in the past include an AI assistant that unblocks users, folders to organize multiple workflows, and our templates repository: (Sie können sich bewerben oder uns per E-Mail kontaktieren in dem Sie die untenstehende Online-Bewerbungsbox verwenden).

Responsibilities
  • Drive Adoption & Activation Strategy:
Stay on top of usage data, behavioral insights, and market trends to develop a winning strategy for user onboarding and activation. Define and evolve activation metrics. Identify and remove friction points that prevent users from realizing value early.
  • User-Centric Product Discovery:
Deeply engage with users—from community builders to enterprise admins—to understand goals, blockers, and moments of delight. Validate hypotheses through research, prototyping, and testing. Work with Design and Engineering to ship elegant, intuitive product experiences.
  • Boost Engagement & Retention:
Design and iterate on features and nudges that increase frequency of use, habit formation, and retention.
  • Champion a Product-Led Culture:
Promote a data-informed, experimentation-driven approach to product development across the org. Help other teams understand key adoption and retention levers. Share insights and frameworks that contribute to product-led growth and long-term user success.
  • Requirements
    • Proven product management experience:
You’ve shipped products in fast-paced environments and can point to lessons learned that shaped your craft.
    • Thrive in ambiguity:
You bring order to chaos, structure fuzzy problems, and prioritize ruthlessly among many possible directions.
    • Exceptional product sense:
You anticipate edge cases and second-order effects, making sharp tradeoffs without needing perfect information.
    • Deep user empathy & strong UX instincts:
You understand both first-time builders and power users, and know what good UX looks like in great products.
    • Ownership & bias for action:
You fix what’s broken, ship, learn, and iterate rather than over-plan.
    • Data fluency with strong intuition:
You’re comfortable writing SQL, digging into funnels/cohorts, and knowing when to trust product instinct.
    • Influence without authority:
You align engineering, design, data, Dev Rel, and docs through clarity and trust—not positional power.
    • Clear, efficient communicator:
You write roadmaps and specs people actually read, and tailor the message for leaders and engineers alike.
    • True generalist:
You thrive on variety—jumping between onboarding flows, UX polish, power features, growth experiments, and user research.
    Nice-to-haves
    • Growth…
