About Gigs
At Gigs, we're building the operating system for mobile services—a platform that lets tech companies embed global connectivity into their products effortlessly.
Just as Stripe lets any business add a payment button in seconds, Gigs empowers platforms to weave in connectivity—bridging the traditional world of telecom with modern tech. From fintechs launching mobile services to HR platforms offering work phone plans, we automate provisioning and remove telecom complexity.
Our team of around 100 people across the US and Europe, backed by nearly $100 million in funding from Ribbit Capital, Google, and Y Combinator. As one of the fastest-growing tech companies, bringing together early-stage engineers, product builders, and business athletes from companies like Stripe, Airbnb, and Shopify. We’re tackling deep technical and regulatory challenges to make connectivity truly seamless.
If you’re driven by curiosity, creativity, and the chance to shape the future of telecom, we’d love to hear from you.
As a Group Product Manager
, you will lead a team of product managers and partner closely with Engineering, Design, and Go-to-Market to deliver platform and product capabilities that make connectivity effortless for our customers.
You will help set direction across multiple product areas, ensure high-quality execution, and raise the bar on product thinking and craft. You’ll be accountable for outcomes, coaching, and building the mechanisms that help teams ship fast while maintaining clarity and consistency.
We are looking to hire this role in one of our European hubs:
London, Amsterdam, Berlin (preferred), Zurich.
- Own key product areas end-to-end, including writing specs, making build vs. buy decisions, and shipping features that directly impact customer experience
- Stay hands-on with core product problems, diving deep into data, user feedback, and technical constraints to inform decisions
- Lead and coach a group of product managers, ensuring clear ownership, strong product craft, and healthy delivery practices
- Own product strategy and roadmap across multiple initiatives, balancing customer value, business impact, and long-term platform foundations
- Partner with engineering leadership to translate vision into execution, align priorities, and manage trade-offs across teams
- Work directly with customers and internal stakeholders to deeply understand problems, validate solutions, and drive measurable outcomes
- Set high standards for product discovery and decision-making, keeping plans crisp and execution-oriented
- Drive operational excellence by improving tooling, automation, and self-service where it increases reliability and scale
- Significant product management experience, including leading and coaching other product managers (>5y of experience)
- Strong track record shipping products in complex domains, ideally platforms, APIs, or backend-heavy systems
- Excellent judgment and ability to make decisions with imperfect information while keeping teams aligned
- Customer-oriented mindset, with experience collaborating directly with customers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Clear, concise communication (written and verbal), and an owner mindset that drives momentum
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment where structure is built as we go
- Experience in operationally intensive industries (payments, marketplaces, neobanks, telecom, infrastructure)
- Experience building 0→1 products or scaling products through rapid growth
- A strong technical background (former engineer, CS degree or similar)
- Familiarity with modern AI tooling and where it meaningfully improves product and team effectiveness
The truth is, what we're building isn't easy. We expect a lot, and operate with urgency and ownership. This won’t be the right place for everyone, and that’s okay.
This role probably isn't a fit if:
- You need a lot of structure, or layers of process to do your best work
- You prefer to specialize narrowly and wait for direction rather than taking initiative
- You’re uncomfortable making decisions with imperfect information or wearing multiple hats
- You’re looking for…
