As the organisation accelerates its digital and analytics transformation, we2re supporting the search for a Senior Project Manager 1 Data Analytics, Development & Business Intelligence to join a high-impact regional team.

In this role, you2ll act as a hands-on analytics and development professional, driving the creation of data products, analytical models, and scalable solutions that support strategic, financial, and operational decision-making across the region. The focus is firmly on coding, data engineering, and advanced analytics
, with BI and visualization as important but not exclusive elements.

You2ll work closely with Finance, IT, Operations, and General Management, translating business challenges into practical, code-driven analytics solutions with real impact.

• Develop and deploy analytical models, data products, and dashboards for strategic and operational use
• Build and maintain Python-based analytics solutions, data pipelines, and automation tools
• Translate business needs into scalable, production-ready data solutions
• Design and contribute to modern, cloud-based analytics environments
• Identify and develop advanced analytics and AI/GenAI use cases from ideation to POC and implementation
• Balance hands-on development with business-facing stakeholder engagement
• Present insights and solutions clearly to senior stakeholders and decision-makers

• 3+ years1s experience in analytics, data engineering, data science, or analytics-focused consulting
• Strong hands-on Python and SQL skills with real development experience
• Solid understanding of data engineering concepts and modern cloud-based data stacks
• Experience building analytical solutions beyond reporting-only BI
• BI and visualisation experience (e.g. Power BI) combined with strong coding capability
• Quantitative background (e.g. mathematics, physics, engineering, chemistry) is a plus
• Confident communicator who enjoys working close to the business
• Hands-on, curious, and pragmatic mindset
