** Your Responsibilities
*** Drive end-to-end analytics projects across E-Commerce (Paid Marketing, CRM, Product), translating business questions into actionable insights
* Extract, consolidate, and model data from ERP systems and the Data Warehouse using SQL, and build automated data feeds for CRM and marketing platforms (e.g. Emarsys)
* Develop and analyze customer segments and audiences to support personalization, retention, and lifetime value optimization
* Own and continuously improve BI and Web Analytics systems (e.g. Looker, Power BI, GA4), including dashboards, KPIs, and data quality; support tracking implementations (e.g. GTM, Firebase, Adjust)
* Collaborate closely with Marketing, E-Commerce, ERP, BI, and Finance teams and actively promote a data-driven mindset
** Your Profile
*** Several years of experience working with customer and marketing data, ideally in E-Commerce, Retail, or Fashion
* Strong quantitative background (e.g. Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science) with experience in statistical analysis
* Solid understanding of ERP systems and Data Warehouse architectures, with strong skills in SQL and Python and experience using BI tools (e.g. Looker, Power BI)
* Deep knowledge of marketing and e-commerce analytics, including hands-on experience with web and app tracking data
* Ability to work independently, communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders, and a high level of initiative; excellent English (German is a plus)
