We are seeking a strategic, hands‑on analytics professional to turn complex business challenges into actionable insights.
- Lead end-to-end analytics:
Translate complex business challenges into actionable insights, build data products, and implement measurement systems that scale across teams. - Drive advanced analytics:
Introduce methods like predictive modelling and causal inference to elevate decision‑making across the company. - Mentor and collaborate:
Coach stakeholders and work cross‑functionally to ensure data is trusted, accessible, and used to guide strategic choices.
- Influence strategy at scale:
Your insights shape high‑stakes decisions across the product and business, shaping both customer‑facing and internal strategies. - Empower the business:
Build reusable data assets and dashboards that enable faster, more confident decision‑making for customers and all teams. - Champion a data culture:
Increase data literacy and foster a culture where data informs action, while mentoring others to multiply impact.
- Business & communication:
Strong business acumen with excellent data storytelling skills — making complex insights actionable. - Analytics & programming:
Advanced SQL expertise and statistical programming (Python, R, etc.), including predictive analytics and causal inference. - Reporting and Data modelling:
Hands‑on with BI tools (Superset, Looker, Tableau, …), data modelling (dbt preferred), and ELT/ETL processes (Airflow). - Leadership & impact:
Proven track record of delivering impact at scale and mentoring others to elevate analytics maturity.

We are currently focusing on leadership coaching with our partner Gallup with their strengthsfinder approach. We enable leaders to identify their strengths to continue their learning journey. We offer emerging leaders with our partner Junto to connect with other leaders from similar companies to learn together and grow a network.
On top of that our employees benefit from lunch & learn sessions to learn and understand different parts of the business better and leverage the different skills from each other.
We empower leaders to spend some quality time with their teams and get together for dinners, workshops, or other fun activities. As a global company, our colleagues work around the world and in different time zones. Flexibility is key to us. emnify has chosen the hybrid approach to focus on growing their existing hubs further. Whereas our GTM organization in the US is completely remote because there is no hub for them yet. We offer professional relocation services, employer of record and remote working policy.
