Senior Tech Consultant; CMS

We are looking for a Senior Tech Consultant with a focus on CMS (all genders) in Berlin / Germany to join our team at the earliest possible date.

With your expertise, you don't just successfully develop projects – you actively drive our CMS capabilities forward.

Technical Consulting and Conceptualization
:
You design tailored omnichannel CMS architectures that meet both technical requirements and editorial needs. You analyze existing systems, plan integration into current IT infrastructures, and create future-proof content strategies.

Customer Focus and Content Strategy
:
You deeply understand the customer perspective and develop content strategies that work throughout the entire customer journey. You know how high-quality content at various touchpoints increases engagement, conversion, and customer loyalty. Your focus is on building outstanding experiences for sustainable customer relationships through optimized CMS architectures and marketing technology deployment.

Project Management and Client Relations
:
You lead CMS implementation projects in close coordination with Key Accounting, Business Development, Solution Architects, and development teams. You provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for our clients.

Knowledge Transfer and Training
:
You train client teams in optimal CMS system usage and share best practices. Your technical expertise shines in stakeholder presentations.

Strategic Development
:
You drive strategic expansion of our competency area and actively support new CMS client acquisition. With a focus on AI and emerging technologies, you monitor current developments in the field.

Technical Expertise
:
Contentful, Hygraph, or Storyblok? No problem for you! Your deep understanding of and track record with modern CMS architectures, frontend technologies, and data modeling makes you a valuable expert on our team.

Experience & Expertise
:
You have at least 5 years of hands-on experience with Contentful, Hygraph, Coremedia, or Storyblok. Your solid expertise in these CMS systems makes you a professional who confidently masters even tricky challenges. Bonus points for marketing automation knowledge.

Consulting Background
:
You've worked for several years in a dynamic environment – ideally in consulting or an agency. This experience has taught you to think solution-oriented and respond flexibly to client needs.

Project Management Skills
:
You successfully lead complex projects to completion while developing tailored solutions. Your structured approach and big-picture perspective set you apart.

Communication Strength
:
You're a communication talent who can explain complex technical matters clearly. Whether in client meetings or with the team – you always find the right words.

Presentation Know-how
:
You master the art of persuasive presentation and feel comfortable with tools like PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Miro. Your pitches are clear, engaging, and to the point. You create Gantt charts and technical roadmaps on autopilot.

New Business Development
:
You think not just technically, but commercially too. With your new business experience, you recognize potential and help us explore new business areas.

Language Skills
:
You communicate fluently in German and English – both spoken and written. International projects are therefore no problem for you.
