As Senior Treasury Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the Group’s liquidity, supporting international cash pooling, optimizing financial structures, and helping shape the future of treasury systems and policies. This Group-level role reports directly to the Head of Treasury and Investor Relations and offers full exposure to the company’s global treasury function.  #LI-DNIYour focus:
* Develop and implement international cash pooling and an in-house payment factory solution
* Lead financial disposition and liquidity planning (short and medium term)
* Support hedging activities related to interest rate and currency risk
* Provide financial support to Group companies implementing financing strategies
* Oversee intercompany transfers, currency trading, and cash management operations
* Manage bank accounts and user access administration
* Create and maintain treasury policies and operational guidelines
* Lead strategic treasury projects, including a new Treasury Management System (TMS) rollout
* Enhance and expand the Group’s treasury reporting systems
* Contribute to the continuous evolution of the Group Treasury function

Required skills & qualifications:
Must-have:
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
* 4–6 years of relevant treasury experience in a corporate or financial institution
* Solid understanding of cash management, liquidity planning, and FX risk management
* Familiarity with international treasury operations and systems
* Strong analytical mindset and excellent attention to detail
* Advanced Excel skills
* Fluent in English;
German is an advantage
