Field Service Technician; Hanover DE

Performing preventive maintenance and reactive repairs on site on parking management systems and ticket machines in accordance with established standards.

Identifying and resolving basic technical problems.

Installing new equipment or upgrading existing equipment.

Behaving professionally at all times and representing the company in a professional manner.

Preparing documentation in a timely manner and in accordance with agreed company standards.

Independently managing a spare parts warehouse.

Complying with on-site health and safety regulations.

• Technical/electrical engineering background with relevant qualifications.
• Experience in field service, customer service and/or as a service technician.
• Willingness to travel for several days at a time.
• Good understanding of technical products and how they work.
• Class B driving licence mandatory.
