We are entering a multi-year collaboration with a major vehicle manufacturer to design advanced in-vehicle digital experiences. Our work spans early R&D exploration through to production‑grade design delivery, supporting several parallel development tracks and working closely with internal product and engineering teams.

• Create high-quality, optimized 3D assets and motion designs for in-vehicle HMI systems, ensuring performance and visual clarity in embedded environments
• Design functional animations and transitions that support user orientation, feedback, and system understanding
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate interaction concepts into coherent motion behaviour
• Ensure all motion and 3D work aligns with the design system, brand guidelines, and visual standards
• Prepare and deliver production-ready assets suitable for real-time rendering and engineering handoff
• Contribute to maintaining a consistent and scalable motion language across the overall system

• Automotive & HMI Experience (e.g. Android Automotive OS, infotainment, navigation, ADAS, HMI, connected services, mobility or other future mobility services)
• Experience with complex, scaled product development or delivery programmes (ideally Automotive & Mobility experience working with OEM, Tier1 or Agency/Consultancy)
• Understanding of driver context, cognitive load and specific test conditions
• Quality, Safety and Compliance Mindset (Commercial Vehicles HMI ≠ Consumer Apps)
• Strong professional experience in 3D design and motion for digital or real-time systems
• Proven ability to design motion that is functional, purposeful, and usability-driven
• Solid understanding of performance, hardware, and rendering constraints in embedded or real‑time environments
• High proficiency with professional 3D and motion tools (e.g. Cinema 4D, Blender, Maya, After Effects or equivalent)
• Ability to collaborate effectively with UX/UI designers, engineers, and product teams
• Strong sense for visual consistency, timing, easing, and system-wide coherence
• Experience working within design systems and established visual guidelines

• Basic familiarity with ISO standards
• Experience with commercial vehicles
• Ability to create iconography or illustration tailored to HMI contexts
• Familiarity with motion design for functional transitions
• Understanding of automotive constraints (legibility, luminance, themes, day/night modes)
• Experience preparing assets for embedded or real‑time rendering systems
• Experience designing for VR/AR
